Terms and Conditions: Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Dream Chicken Coop Company! Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand the terms and processes for returns and replacements.

1. Coops:
   
   • All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for coops.

1. Jewelry:
   
   • Jewelry is eligible for replacement after 30 days from the date of purchase.

1. Apparel:
   
   • Apparel is eligible for replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   • State of Return: Apparel must be unworn, clean, and in its original condition to qualify for replacement.

To request a replacement for eligible items, follow these steps:

1. Email us at: customercare@dreamchickencoop.com
2. Subject Header: "Replace"
3. Include the following details in your email:
   • Reason for the Replacement Request: Provide a brief explanation of the issue.
   • Name: The name under which the order was placed.
   • Address: Your shipping address for the replacement item.

• Refunds are not applicable as all eligible items are handled through replacements only (except coops, which are final sale).
